Hello darlings!

Time flies.... so busy!
Sorry the posts come so seldom lately.
One more time i promise to do my best
to post more often.
Sowwy!!

Autumn has finally arrived and
so have all the beautiful colours
of the leaves.

I just love taking walks during that time!
sighhh so romantic and beautiful!
So i am glad the sun is gonna come back
and we will have a rain break ;)

And it´s time for candles and tea again.
Lazy sundays spent on a sofa.
OH sighhhh well tomorrow is
friday so yaaaay
weekend is here again.

And halloween is soon.
We dont do halloween over here ....
well we didnt until the industry decided
they need more money and kicked us
into that craziness.

Another good treat in autumn
is pumpkin soup!!
yummyyyyyy!!
I use pumpkins not just to decorate but
also to make delish soup out of it.
Ya ya i know there are different
kind of em and i know the right one
to use for soup.

what is ur fave recipe?

  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 5 whole black peppercorns

  1. Heat stock, salt, pumpkin, onion, thyme, garlic, and peppercorns. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 30 minutes uncovered.
  2. Puree the soup in small batches (1 cup at a time) using a food processor or blender.
  3. Return to pan, and bring to a boil again. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for another 30 minutes, uncovered. Stir in heavy cream. Pour into soup bowls and garnish with fresh parsley.

for vegetarians u can use vegetable stock. I sometimes change it slightly.
Depends on what mood i am in ;)

have a wonderful autumn day my darlings.
with love,
